Functionality

The Injection Mortar FIS V Plus works through a 2-component injection process based on a vinyl ester hybrid concept. Resin and hardener are stored separately inside the cartridge and remain unmixed until extrusion through the static mixer. Once dispensed, the mortar flows bubble free from the base of the drill hole, helping achieve full-surface bonding between the anchor and drill hole wall. This creates a secure bond while also sealing the hole. The cartridges are designed for quick and convenient use with fischer dispensers, and partially used cartridges can be reused simply by replacing the static mixer.
